I'll be damned if I can find a way to do it. My first thought was to just charge the $4 to my ecount account and then dump it in my linked bank account, but ecount won't let you do that, probably because they're the same company.
Then I thought I'd add the card to my PayPal accout, charge the money, and then dump it back into my account. Again, no luck - you apparently need a verification number from the back of the card that you didn't need when I first signed up using my bank card.
Then I thought, hey, I'm a premium member of PayPal so I can accept credit cards on my website, so I'll just send myself the cash, but of course PayPal knew I already had an account so it didn't work.
Anyone have any ideas?
