Talking About A Dirty Desk!!

Ok someone on this board (who for safety reasons will remain nameless) has their desk looking like this. Now mine is dirty, but his/hers/its is a lot messier. There are no beer cans around it. __________________ Not hard to guess whose desk it is. Couple of hints...the person is married and don't get thrown off by the nail polish remover and hair things.
