All Region DVD players

While I was purchasing my TV, I saw a few DVD and Karaoke/DVD players by Pioneer that had NTSC/PAL printed on them. Does this mean they can play both Asian and American regions of DVDs? __________________ No it just means that it can ouput a video signal into ntsc or pal most likely. If you want a player that can do all codings. Get a comp with a H+ decoder card. The thing is bad ass. __________________ Thanks for the info. I almost bought it that day too.
