pets.com going under?

I got this in my email, they are ceasing operaitons as of november 9th.. Dear Diana, We greatly appreciate your contribution to the Pets.com Associates Program. Unfortunately, we must notify you that effective Thursday, November 9, Pets.com will cease operations and will no longer be taking customer orders on our Web site. We request that you remove all links to Pets.com from your Web site at your earliest convenience. Those links will be de-activated by Befree on or around November 16. All payments for referral fees you have earned will be processed as normal.
