Is there a web interface available for Napster?

I was just curious if there was a web page where you could go and use Napster - be it through Java or a similar technology. We're not allowed to install applications on the computer center or library computers, but their T1 line is just begging to pick up where my 44k modem connection is failing. Mavi forum
