Well from reading around the forums it looks like Echo is paying out pretty consistently now. I always get my $18 GC about 6 weeks after I request it. That's a little long to wait but you don't really have to do anything to get it, so it's worth it to me. Besides you can earn $18 every 10 days without having any referrals. Mavi forum
