Daily "Dose" of Design

If anyone has a recomendation of a delivery of an architectural question, mail my secretary LPM, but in the mean time, Who is Francis D.K. Ching?

He received his B. Arch, 5-year Professional Degree, Cum Laude at the University of Notre Dame in 1966. Currently a Professor in the Department of Architecture at University of Washington since 1992 and partner at Ching Design Studio, Registered Architect, States of Indiana and Washington since 1981.

Previous educational occupations include:
Visiting Faculty, Department of Architecture, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, 1993
Visiting Scholar, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, 1990
Lecturer, Department of Landscape Architecture, University of Washington, 1985-1990
Instructor, Design Department, Cornish College of the Arts, 1981-1984

Previous professional occupations include:
VISTA Architect, Cleveland Design Center, Cleveland, Ohio, 1971-1972
Project Architect, Crumlish/Sporleder + Associates, South Bend, Indiana, 1969-1971

Should be a familiar name for anyone who has had studio drafting experience. Publications include Architectural Graphics, Architecture: Form, Space & Order, Building Construction Illustrated, etc...
