Question RE echo

I'm Canadian and signed up for echo with. Now that I want to cash out some Amazon GC's they need an address. So I could put in my Grandparents in AZ, but will they mail me the GC's via snail mail, or do they send them electronically? If they send them via snail mail then I'd just get a US PO box, cause getting them from my Grandparents would take forever. They're on one of those long vacations. It takes 2-3 days to get the GC after you cash out.
