Comments on MNF crew? :)

Come on, most of you must have watched Monday Night Football last night I thought Dennis Miller did fine myself __________________ i thought that ref's camera view was pretty darn cool ! __________________ the comment dennis miller made about groin surgery being minor was quite amusing. something along these lines: "i don't know about you, but i don't call surgery around my genitals minor!" what a riot. __________________ yeah, Dennis Miller was ok. he really needs to sound a little less forced though... hes funny, nice addition.. __________________ He sounded nervous, but I'll tell ya what: that was a dog of a game, and I was still somewhat interested in the 4th. I think it was refreshing that Miller sounded genuinely excited by the little things, that he sounded like a fan of, hell, both teams, in the booth, instead of the usual jaded detachment of a normal commentator. I liked it, and I didn't think I would. Good addition, ABC. __________________ The ironic thing is there's no good Cantonese food in Canton.....I love it! I thought he did fine. Can't wait till he ad libs more. It was pretty obvious he prepared quite a bit for this one. __________________ The new Monday Night Football Crew is a fresh start for ABC, hopefully it will be good for their ratings too. With Al Michaels and Dan Fouts great football knowledge, they provide enough information and stats. Dennis Miller adds great color commentary and good humor. I loved the one comment Miller made near the end of the game. He was talking about how other commentators have their signature sayings when a game is obviously over, so he said something to the effect, (my memory serves me badly) "start blowdrying Ted Copell's hair 'cause the game is over." Also that Melissa Stark is pretty damn cute.
