Lifechanging joy...

Reading through the Free CD post from "deals" a few things struck me. People are searching. The internet is a vehicle of extremes. Strong beliefs and feelings will tend evolve in a forum like this. I would encourage the Christians in this forum to not lose heart but to do what Jesus commanded and not concern yourselves with its apparent, immediate outcome. Continue to pray for the lost and seek Christ's heart through prayer for discernment, wisdom, and joy. Ultimately, no bad thing will come from the prayers of a rightous, authentic heart. Finally to those that have not accepted Christ's sacrifice I would simply ask that you accept my prayers and understand that no honest Christian wants anything from you. He or she is only conerned with sparing you an eternity in pain and a life of uncertainty and frustration at the hands of a cruel world. This concern come only from love. As cheesy at this may sound, once you've felt the true love that the Author of Joy, Christ Jesus, has for you, you will want only to see others share in that love that brings a joy no mortal words can express. This isn't about forcing anyone to choose a lifestyle or finding evidence to support a theory. This is about what each of us has in common-a deep desire and need for a spiritual connection. Somewhere, inside us, we "know" that there is something out there that will bring us true joy. Not happiness or fulfillment, but lifechanging, overwhealming joy. I'm not perfect (obviously), but I have accepted Christ's forgiveness of my faults and His sacrifice to purchase my salvation. I know that there is someone reading this that feels that "something" is missing is his/her life.
