This goes out to all the college students. How much is your credit card debt? I know a guy who is ten thousand dollars in the hole...not including student loans. I'm in debt about six thousand. Credit Cards are EVIL!

Or you can get nice low limits. I was fine until the credit card companies decided that an unemployed student should qualify for a $5000 credit line. __________________
I must have hapoo's soul. I will not be denied! {offers multiple credit cards to hapoo) BWAHAAHAAHAA. {evil laugh) hapoo is mine now! Best of all I have all his posts now. (we don't have any mean enough icons on this page; tekken zaibatsu has some cool icons that look totally evil) ProMinx__________________
oh yeah, and i'm about 1500 dollars below pink right now, so i should be able to pay it off before this school year ends...or not. ProMinx__________________
Tsk Tsk. Guys, first rule of making money is not going into credit card debt. Why pay them 6-15% when a loan is only 5-9% from school! Of course that's assuming you can get a loan. I'm about $67K in debt via loans for the first 2 years of med school. But I always pay of my CC monthly and hance have been building up credit for 6 years now (18-24). One of my CC has a limit of 30k, thought I rarely put more than $500 a month on it. I wish I could have paid tuition from it as it takes 2% off my next car Make the CCs work for YOU! ------------------ Ço£o§§ü§ - yeah you can read into it...__________________
Hmmm... maybe I was the weird one I never had any credit card debt Even when I was in college I always paid my CC bills in whole.__________________
Anybody need a new creditcard? ------------------ §=-Sp34dFr34k-=§__________________
Your interest would accrue like none other , unless you got 0% financing for balance transfers.__________________
Hmmm, yeah I guess that would kill the point wouldn't it.. What if you could find a place that would let you charge money orders at a relatively cheap price...Okok, I'll let this one go __________________
I have no debts what-so-ever. but the person who had my dorm before me did. the first week of school this guy from the persons credit card number called and kept asking for "sara" (that is what I shall call her) The guy wouldn't believe that sara didn't live there and kept calling and pissing me off. So I finally "admitted" that sara lived there and got some information out of him (like her credit card number, full name, and some other important stuff). than I asked to talk to his supervisor, told him what the guy kept doing, and then told him all the information he gave me. I never got a call from them again. I hope that jerk got fired.__________________
Heheh my limit's at $10k but I don't owe anything. I think I got about $2k in student loans, but i'll worry about that later __________________
To Reverend Evil, in response to your last post.......you are Evil...hehe.__________________
lol hehehehehe__________________
Yeah, I'm kind of in a spot too. I figure about 2K, but my signing bonus should cover it in a month, so I'm OK-ish. Lucky I just graduated, or I'd be cashless for two weeks. Eek! I have to say, although Apex has saved me a bundle of the stuff I DO buy, it's the quantity of stuff I buy that killed me early on. Tons of $3-10 stuff that I REALLY don't need, yet I bought it because it was 80% off. Today, I look at it as an investment, stuff I'll use eventually, and an education, not to buy sh!t I don't need! Never going to pay financing charges again. |
