Forum suggestion

Just my opinion, but the deals forum is getting really really cluttered with the free sample crap. I don't know about you but I would like to see a separate forum for that sort of thing. Since I check around 10 deal sites every hour or so, it gets to be a real pain in the butt to weed through that crap.

I don't think a sample of toothpaste is a deal. A deal is a healthcentralrx code for 50% off and free shipping.

It's not an issue of being lazy, it's an issue of many deals have dried up and it takes more work to find them and my time is a valuable resource. Some people enjoy samples, I don't. Just thinking back to that post about a free breastfeeding bumper sticker, let's try and think about the deals we post and where we should post them.

Again, just a suggestion. No flames, please. (Another thing I have noticed, people are getting nasty again. Try to be nice! I thought people were pretty rude to the guy who posted that deals were drying up.... even if he did post it in the wrong forum.)

The Fool has it right here. I get the sense that I-net retailers are gearing up for the holiday season. To "justify" investor confidence in the Internet economy bubble, they're going to go nuts and collectively try to increase revenue for Internet sales during the "holiday season". BTW, who defines what that is? Is it, like December 1 through to Dec 27th (day after Boxing Day)? How do they define these things? It really is a mystery to me.

Anyway, yup, send someone out to warm the credit card up, and pay down the balance...cuz in a month, it'll be time to bitch-slap the credit limit! (just in time for my discretionary year end bonus, too!)
