Legal?

I was wondering. When I registered it said, "be careful minnesota residents, online gambling is considered illegal in your state [ sucks to be them ]", but that's the only state mentioned. My friend seems to think it was very recently outlawed in california ( which doesn't make sense to me considering we just passed an Indian Casino law ). Does anyone know about this? I would guess that will just try to shut down the casinos or make them watch where people live closely in the future, but I doubt that they will try to reclaim any of the money.
