Playstation 2 Shortages

Well, thanks to the wise people at Sony as well as Software Etc., I won't get my PS2 until after Christmas, or as they call it, the "Third Shipment." It really pisses me off how sony has spent more time trying to polish the system rather than focus on manufacturing the damn thing. Sheesh. Any word on any other stores that'll have them? Seems like the only way to get them on opening day is to wait hours in front of walmart, target, or large chain stores. Mavi forum
